Mary was a teacher and Senior Manager in secondary schools for many years and therefore knows a great deal about stress. It was because of her interest in helping herself and others to cope better with stress that she embarked on several years of training.
Mary is a qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist, Counsellor, Stress Manager and EFT Practitioner, and she has been running a successful stress management training and therapy practice, Stress Solutions, based in Cheltenham, since 2001.
