You can learn effective techniques to help you manage stress and YOU CAN BECOME CALM AND REALXED in even the most stressful of situations. I was a teacher in an inner city comprehensive so I know a lot about stress. I trained for a Diploma in Stress Management so I could help others become less stressed.
My company, Stress Solutions, offers workshops to companies and schools. You can also come for 1-2-1 sessions and develop effective coping strategies.
Meditation
We lead busy, busy lives and our heads are full of thoughts – something like 60,000 thoughts in the course of one day.
Meditation is a highly effective way of learning to still the mind and become centred.
